Job Summary:

Provide the best customer service possible in a positive and professional manner, by providing clinics with information on promotions, pricing, product updates, answers to questions and speedy resolution of their concerns and problems.

Job Responsibilities:

Take orders for products over the phone from our Veterinary customers, field sales representatives and manufacturer representatives. Handle customers’ inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. Ensure compliance to policies & procedures. Sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features
Job Requirements Good knowledge of Veterinary Medicinal Products. Ideal education: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine. Chemist and Pharmacist are welcomed. 0-1 Years of experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance. Excellent command of English language. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
